Is Omega 3 Fish Oil OK to Use While Breastfeeding?


The answer to that is a resounding YES! More and more mothers to be are asking this question. Studies have now found that mothers to be need to take an omega 3 fish oil on a regular basis to ensure the normal development of the fetus and or the new born baby.

Taking an Omega 3 supplement regularly helps to keep allergies at bay, and also helps to build the baby's immune system. The baby should score well in IQ tests and other memory, and cognitive functions. The mother would not miss out either, as she will not be so susceptible to post natal depression.
