Help Me Get Pregnant Quick - I'm Tired of Having Sex

Are you dreading sex because it has become a chore or duty? Are you looking for a way to get pregnant quick? This is exactly how many couples feel when they are trying to conceive a baby.

There is good news in that sex doesn't have to be so 'mechanical' and scheduled. Once you figure out a couple of details you can easily relieve the 'duty calls' feeling and engage in loving intercourse.

If sex has lost that spark and you are starting to view it as a chore then listen up. First you will want to have intercourse at the best time in order to make increase the chance of your egg becoming fertilized. This doesn't mean that you have to have sex all day long or even everyday. Stress will not help your chances of conceiving. So don't stress over this.

To help you figure out the days that you are most fertile you can always purchase an ovulation kit at the store. These are fairly inexpensive and will give you confidence if you feel that you a little unsure. You can also find out your window of opportunity by doing the following.

To do this you have to track your monthly cycles and do some basic counting. Paying close attention to your cycle will help you get pregnant quick! So, starting with the first day of your period and count the days until you are at day 12 of your cycle.

Once you have calculated this mark the days 12 through 16 of your cycle. These are the days in which most women usually ovulate. Now, if you have shorter or longer cycles you may have to adjust this timing.

During the window between day 12 and 16 you should have intercourse every other day. Don't worry, you won't be missing out on any opportunity for fertilization to happen. Sperm can live up to 72 hours once in the vagina. These are persist ant little guys and will swim until their short life is over.

I should mention that the 72 hour lifespan and reproduction ability is all dependent on the health of the male and his sperm, but on average this is the case.

Now that I'm on the subject of health I want to elaborate on this point. Reducing stress and making sure that you both are eating well and getting enough sleep is important to encourage conception and your future pregnancy. Taking some prenatal vitamin is a good idea and will only help with your overall health and the health of your baby.
