Get Pregnant Naturally - Boost Fertility by Drinking Water

There are many ways to treat infertility. Probably the easiest method has been taken for granted by many because of it's easy availability. Yes, treating infertility is as easy as drinking water!

Drinking water is important as it plays a vital role to our organs, including the reproductive system. By drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water a day can help flush out our body of toxins and wastes to prepare it for conception. Drink pure water, that is, water that has been removed of all impurities which are harmful to our body. Not all tap water are safe. It differs in different countries.

Cervical fluid plays an important role in getting pregnant. It helps the sperms get to the eggs for fertilization. Water helps by increasing the fertile quality cervical fluid. Good fertile quality cervical fluid will help the sperms reach the eggs for fertilization. It will also help to keep the sperms alive for several days while waiting for ovulation to take place. This is how water helps in improving fertility.

When your body is cleared of toxins, it will make it more effective for our body to absorb all the nutrients from the food we consume. Nutrients are essential to the reproductive success. Here again water plays an important role in transporting nutrients and oxygen throughout our body in the form of blood, which makes up of about 85% of water. So always stay hydrated by drinking lots of water.

Lemon Water Boost Fertility

If you want to add flavour to your plain water, you may squeeze some lemon or lime juice. This way you are increasing your chances of getting pregnant even greater. This fruit contains vitamin C, calcium, potassium, magnesium, and antioxidants. Antioxidants in this drink helps to get rid the free radicals in our body which can harm the sperms and eggs, thereby increasing your fertility. You can still continue drinking lemon water if you are already pregnant. Another advantage is that it can help stimulate your bowel movement.

In general, water is always good for your health. It is the life blood of pregnancy. Make it a habit of drinking water in trying to conceive and continue the habit throughout your pregnancy too. Pregnant women are more susceptible to infections, so drinking lots of water helps to keep the infections at bay. However, take note that drinking water cannot be replaced by coffee or sodas because it can deplete you of water instead. Make drinking plain water a habit and soon it you will get use to it.
